FAQ
1) I ordered my Archive tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Archive tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Archive tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your alternative tickets will arrive in time for the Archive event!
2) As a buyer of Archive tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Archive ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Archive ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any alternative ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Archive tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
3) Do you offer discounted tickets for alternative events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for alternative events and every other concert event. You can search by alternative or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Archive") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
4) I think I may have received the wrong Archive tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Archive tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Archive tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Archive receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the alternative tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Archive tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Archive tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Archive tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on alternative tickets so you should not have any concerns.
5) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Archive event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Archive order receipt. You may need to return the Archive tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Archive tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
