FAQ
1) What do I do if the Down start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Down event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Down event.
2) What is the best hard rock & metal event happening now?All of our offered hard rock & metal events are outstanding but we recommend considering our Down tickets. These are very popular this year and buyers are purchasing our discounted Down tickets as soon as they are posted. Based on this popularity, you are sure to enjoy this hard rock & metal event.
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my Down tickets? You are purchasing these Down tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Down event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Down ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Down and experiencing the full hard rock & metal event.
4) What if the Down event is postponed? If the Down event is postponed, your Down tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Down tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Down tickets.
5) Are the listed prices for Down tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Down tickets. The posted price for these Down tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Down tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Down tickets.
