FAQ
1) What do I do if my order for Empire tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the off-broadway ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Empire tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Empire order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Empire tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Empire tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for off-broadway events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Empire gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Empire event details is to contact venue directly. A off-broadway representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Empire event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Empire gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Empire event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my Empire tickets? You are purchasing these Empire tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Empire event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Empire ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Empire and experiencing the full off-broadway event.
4) What do I do if the Empire event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Empire event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Empire tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Empire schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Empire events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Empire event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if the off-broadway event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Empire event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Empire order receipt. You may need to return the Empire tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Empire tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The off-broadway ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
