1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Future ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Future tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Future order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) Do you provide information regarding the Future?Yes, we list additional information about the Future so you can ensure that this is the rap & hip hop event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Future ticket purchase.
3) Do you provide any guarantees for my Future tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Future tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Future event. If the Future tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Future tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
4) I purchased more than one Future ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Future ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Future event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Future receipt.
5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Future tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Future tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the rap & hip hop tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Future tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Future tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the rap & hip hop event.
