1) Why isn't my name displayed on my Ignite tickets?You are purchasing these Ignite tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Ignite event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Ignite ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Ignite and experiencing the full alternative event.
2) I want to purchase alternative tickets but I don't know if an event for Ignite is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Ignite schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Ignite schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Ignite schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Ignite. 4) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Ignite event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Ignite order receipt. You may need to return the Ignite tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Ignite tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
5) What do I do if the Ignite event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Ignite event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Ignite tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Ignite schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Ignite events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Ignite event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
