1) How do I know if the In Extremo event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the In Extremo event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated In Extremo event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) How are In Extremo ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. In Extremo tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the In Extremo ticket prices.
3) What do I do if the In Extremo event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the In Extremo event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the In Extremo tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the In Extremo schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed In Extremo events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the In Extremo event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
4) I bought In Extremo tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our In Extremo ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
5) I purchased more than one In Extremo ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the In Extremo ticket notes, all of the tickets for the In Extremo event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your In Extremo receipt.
