1) How do I find the seats for Jackmaster tickets?On the page containing Jackmaster ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Jackmaster seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Jackmaster ticket notes.
2) Are the listed prices for Jackmaster tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Jackmaster tickets. The posted price for these Jackmaster tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Jackmaster tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Jackmaster tickets.
3) What if the Jackmaster event is postponed?If the Jackmaster event is postponed, your Jackmaster tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Jackmaster tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Jackmaster tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Jackmaster ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Jackmaster ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Jackmaster event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Jackmaster receipt.
5) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Jackmaster ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Jackmaster tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Jackmaster order form are correct.
