FAQ
1) What do I do if the festival & tour event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Gigantour event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Gigantour order receipt. You may need to return the Gigantour tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Gigantour tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The festival & tour ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) Are the listed prices for Gigantour tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Gigantour tickets. The posted price for these Gigantour tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Gigantour tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Gigantour tickets.
3) What if the Gigantour event is postponed? If the Gigantour event is postponed, your Gigantour tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Gigantour tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Gigantour tickets.
4) What do I do if the Gigantour start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Gigantour event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Gigantour event.
5) How do I find the seats for Gigantour tickets? On the page containing Gigantour ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Gigantour seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Gigantour ticket notes.
