FAQ
1) Are the listed prices for Meiko tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Meiko tickets. The posted price for these Meiko tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Meiko tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Meiko tickets.
2) Do you provide any guarantees for my Meiko tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Meiko tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Meiko event. If the Meiko tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Meiko tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
3) What if the Meiko event is postponed? If the Meiko event is postponed, your Meiko tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Meiko tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Meiko tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Meiko ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Meiko ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Meiko event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Meiko receipt.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Meiko tickets? You are purchasing these Meiko tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Meiko event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Meiko ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Meiko and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
