1) I bought Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because new age tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Phillips, Craig & Dean ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) There isn't time to ship my Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Phillips, Craig & Dean ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your new age tickets. Note: If you are picking your Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. If you are unable to find your new age ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) What do I do if the Phillips, Craig & Dean event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Phillips, Craig & Dean event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Phillips, Craig & Dean schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Phillips, Craig & Dean events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Phillips, Craig & Dean event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the new age ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Phillips, Craig & Dean order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Phillips, Craig & Dean tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for new age events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
