1) I bought Secreto tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because latin tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Secreto ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) Help!!! I lost my Secreto tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Secreto tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Secreto tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Secreto tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Secreto ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) How are Secreto ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Secreto tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Secreto ticket prices.
4) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Secreto tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Secreto tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the latin tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Secreto tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Secreto tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the latin event.
5) How can I get aisle seats to see Secreto?For any tickets, including those to see Secreto, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Secreto ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Secreto tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Secreto specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Secreto seats are not located on an aisle.
