1) I think I may have received the wrong Selena Gomez tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Selena Gomez tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Selena Gomez tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Selena Gomez receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. You may need to return the Selena Gomez tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Selena Gomez tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
