1) Can my Siggno tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Siggno tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Siggno ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Siggno tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
2) Do you provide any guarantees for my Siggno tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Siggno tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Siggno event. If the Siggno tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Siggno tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
3) How do I find the seats for Siggno tickets?On the page containing Siggno ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Siggno seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Siggno ticket notes.
4) Are the listed prices for Siggno tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Siggno tickets. The posted price for these Siggno tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Siggno tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Siggno tickets.
5) What if the Siggno event is postponed?If the Siggno event is postponed, your Siggno tickets will be usable for the postponed event.
