1) As a buyer of Suckers tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Suckers ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Suckers ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any alternative ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Suckers tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
2) How are Suckers ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Suckers tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Suckers ticket prices.
3) I bought Suckers tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Suckers ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 4) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Suckers tickets?Last minute Suckers orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Suckers tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
5) Who determines the face value of my Suckers ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Suckers ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Suckers or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
