FAQ
1) What do I do if my order for 1349 tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the hard rock & metal ticket broker has not confirmed your order for 1349 tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the 1349 order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other 1349 tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate 1349 tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for hard rock & metal events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) I think I may have received the wrong 1349 tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong 1349 tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect 1349 tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your 1349 receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the 1349 tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your 1349 tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong 1349 tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on hard rock & metal tickets so you should not have any concerns.
3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the 1349 gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated 1349 event details is to contact venue directly. A hard rock & metal representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the 1349 event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the 1349 gate/door opening times. In most cases, this 1349 event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my 1349 tickets? You are purchasing these 1349 tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the 1349 event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the 1349 ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing 1349 and experiencing the full hard rock & metal event.
5) How do I find the seats for 1349 tickets? On the page containing 1349 ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the 1349 seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the 1349 ticket notes.
