1) Who determines the face value of my Alestorm ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Alestorm ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Alestorm or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) I ordered my Alestorm tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Alestorm tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Alestorm tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your pop & rock tickets will arrive in time for the Alestorm event!
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Alestorm tickets?Last minute Alestorm orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Alestorm tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Alestorm ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Alestorm tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Alestorm order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
5) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Alestorm event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Alestorm order receipt. You may need to return the Alestorm tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Alestorm tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
