1) What do I do if my order for Amadeus tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the musical & play ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Amadeus tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Amadeus order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Amadeus tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Amadeus tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for musical & play events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Amadeus tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Amadeus tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Amadeus tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Amadeus receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the musical & play tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Amadeus tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Amadeus tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Amadeus tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 3) How do I print my electronic musical & play tickets to see Amadeus?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Amadeus tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
4) I ordered my Amadeus tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Amadeus tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Amadeus tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information.
