1) There isn't time to ship my Artfxxxrs tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Artfxxxrs tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Artfxxxrs ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your musical & play tickets. Note: If you are picking your Artfxxxrs tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
2) How do I make sure that the Artfxxxrs discount code is properly applied to my musical & play order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Artfxxxrs discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Artfxxxrs discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Artfxxxrs tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our theater ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
3) I love musical & play events! What are the prices of the tickets for Artfxxxrs in my area?The prices for Artfxxxrs are different for every location. All of the prices are clearly displayed on our web site. You can find these by browsing to theater and then to musical & play; here you will then look for the Artfxxxrs listed. Artfxxxrs ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. TicketSupply.com offers the lowest prices on all Artfxxxrs tickets.
4) What do I do if the musical & play event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Artfxxxrs event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Artfxxxrs order receipt. You may need to return the Artfxxxrs tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Artfxxxrs tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The musical & play ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
5) What do I do if the Artfxxxrs event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Artfxxxrs event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Artfxxxrs tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Artfxxxrs schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Artfxxxrs events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Artfxxxrs event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
