1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Asylus tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Asylus tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Asylus receipt. They can resend the Asylus tickets for you. If you are unable to find your holiday ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the Asylus event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Asylus event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Asylus tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Asylus schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Asylus events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Asylus event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
