FAQ
1) What do I do if the Basement start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Basement event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Basement event.
2) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Basement tickets?Last minute Basement orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Basement tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Basement gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Basement event details is to contact venue directly. A alternative representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Basement event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Basement gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Basement event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) How do I make sure that the Basement discount code is properly applied to my alternative order? All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Basement discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Basement discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Basement tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
5) How can I get aisle seats to see Basement? For any tickets, including those to see Basement, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Basement ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Basement tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Basement specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Basement seats are not located on an aisle.
