1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Bassik tickets?Last minute Bassik orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Bassik tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) What do I do if the Bassik start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Bassik event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Bassik event.
3) What if the Bassik event is postponed?If the Bassik event is postponed, your Bassik tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Bassik tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Bassik tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Bassik ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Bassik ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Bassik event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Bassik receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Bassik?Yes, we list additional information about the Bassik so you can ensure that this is the techno & electronic event that you wish to attend.
