FAQ
1) I purchased more than one Battles ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Battles ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Battles event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Battles receipt.
2) Do you provide information regarding the Battles?Yes, we list additional information about the Battles so you can ensure that this is the alternative event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Battles ticket purchase.
3) Who determines the face value of my Battles ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Battles ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Battles or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
4) How do I print my electronic alternative tickets to see Battles? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Battles tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
5) Do you offer discounted tickets for alternative events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for alternative events and every other concert event. You can search by alternative or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Battles") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
