1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Bear's Den tickets?Last minute Bear's Den orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Bear's Den tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) What do I do if the Bear's Den start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Bear's Den event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Bear's Den event.
3) What if the Bear's Den event is postponed?If the Bear's Den event is postponed, your Bear's Den tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Bear's Den tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Bear's Den tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Bear's Den ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Bear's Den ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Bear's Den event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Bear's Den receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Bear's Den?Yes, we list additional information about the Bear's Den so you can ensure that this is the alternative event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Bear's Den ticket purchase.
