1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Beehive tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Beehive tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Beehive event. If the Beehive tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Beehive tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Are the listed prices for Beehive tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Beehive tickets. The posted price for these Beehive tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Beehive tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Beehive tickets.
3) What if the Beehive event is postponed?If the Beehive event is postponed, your Beehive tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Beehive tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Beehive ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Beehive ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Beehive event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Beehive receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Beehive?Yes, we list additional information about the Beehive so you can ensure that this is the musical & play event that you wish to attend.
