1) What do I do if the Behemoth start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Behemoth event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Behemoth event.
2) I ordered my Behemoth tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Behemoth tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Behemoth tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your hard rock & metal tickets will arrive in time for the Behemoth event!
3) Help!!! I lost my Behemoth tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Behemoth tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Behemoth tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Behemoth tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Behemoth ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) What do I do if the Behemoth event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Behemoth event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Behemoth tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Behemoth schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Behemoth events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Behemoth event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if the hard rock & metal event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Behemoth event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Behemoth order receipt. You may need to return the Behemoth tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Behemoth tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The hard rock & metal ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
