1) What do I do if my order for Belles tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the musical & play ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Belles tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Belles order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Belles tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Belles tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for musical & play events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) Who determines the face value of my Belles ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Belles ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Belles or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in theater tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
3) I think I may have received the wrong Belles tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Belles tickets, but accidents can happen. 4) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Belles tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order.
