FAQ
1) How do I find the seats for Botch tickets? On the page containing Botch ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Botch seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Botch ticket notes.
2) What do I do if the Botch start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Botch event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Botch event.
3) Is there a way for me to verify that my Botch tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Botch, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Botch tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
4) I want to purchase hard rock & metal tickets but I don't know if an event for Botch is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Botch schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Botch schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Botch schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Botch. Just select the tickets you want, make a purchase, and get ready to attend that hard rock & metal event of a lifetime!
5) I purchased more than one Botch ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Botch ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Botch event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Botch receipt.
