1) What do I do if the CKY event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the CKY event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the CKY tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the CKY schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed CKY events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the CKY event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) Where does TicketSupply.com get the CKY tickets it offers for sale?The CKY tickets on TicketSupply.com are obtained by a ticket broker who finds individuals, businesses, season ticket holders, who can't attend the event and will purchase them for you. 3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the CKY gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated CKY event details is to contact venue directly. A pop & rock representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the CKY event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the CKY gate/door opening times. In most cases, this CKY event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) What do I do if my order for CKY tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for CKY tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the CKY order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other CKY tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate CKY tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
5) I think I may have received the wrong CKY tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong CKY tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect CKY tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your CKY receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the CKY tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your CKY tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong CKY tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
