1) What are the service charges for Company tickets?TicketSupply.com sells cheap Company tickets featuring the lowest service charges online. The service charges vary per Company event but are significantly less than our competitors. You can see the total ticket price for your Company order on the checkout.
2) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Company tickets?Last minute Company orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Company tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
3) What if I don't know which theater event I want to see?If you like theater events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Company"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular theater venue and choose that way.
4) What if the Company event is postponed?If the Company event is postponed, your Company tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Company tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Company tickets.
5) I purchased more than one Company ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Company ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Company event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Company receipt.
