FAQ
1) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Conflict"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
2) I purchased more than one Conflict ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Conflict ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Conflict event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Conflict receipt.
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my Conflict tickets? You are purchasing these Conflict tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Conflict event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Conflict ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Conflict and experiencing the full alternative event.
4) What is the best alternative event happening now?All of our offered alternative events are outstanding but we recommend considering our Conflict tickets. These are very popular this year and buyers are purchasing our discounted Conflict tickets as soon as they are posted. Based on this popularity, you are sure to enjoy this alternative event.
