1) How do I find the seats for Conflicts tickets?On the page containing Conflicts ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Conflicts seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Conflicts ticket notes.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Conflicts tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Conflicts tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Conflicts tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Conflicts receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Conflicts tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Conflicts tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Conflicts tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 3) I bought Conflicts tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because hard rock & metal tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Conflicts ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 4) Help!!! I lost my Conflicts tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Conflicts tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Conflicts tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Conflicts tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Conflicts ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Conflicts tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Conflicts tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the hard rock & metal tickets are not shipped right away.
