FAQ
1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Danger Kitty tickets?Last minute Danger Kitty orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Danger Kitty tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) Why isn't my name displayed on my Danger Kitty tickets? You are purchasing these Danger Kitty tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Danger Kitty event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Danger Kitty ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Danger Kitty and experiencing the full hard rock & metal event.
3) What do I do if the Danger Kitty start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Danger Kitty event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Danger Kitty event.
4) How do I print my electronic hard rock & metal tickets to see Danger Kitty? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Danger Kitty tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
5) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Danger Kitty ticket order? If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Danger Kitty tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Danger Kitty order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
