1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Desiree Roots tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Desiree Roots tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Desiree Roots event. If the Desiree Roots tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Desiree Roots tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Do you offer discounted tickets for jazz & blues events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for jazz & blues events and every other concert event. You can search by jazz & blues or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Desiree Roots") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
3) What do I do if the Desiree Roots event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Desiree Roots event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Desiree Roots tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Desiree Roots schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Desiree Roots events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Desiree Roots event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
4) I purchased more than one Desiree Roots ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Desiree Roots ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Desiree Roots event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Desiree Roots receipt.
5) I bought Desiree Roots tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because jazz & blues tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Desiree Roots ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
