FAQ
1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Diamond tickets?Last minute Diamond orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Diamond tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) How are Diamond ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Diamond tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Diamond ticket prices.
3) What are the service charges for Diamond tickets?TicketSupply.com sells cheap Diamond tickets featuring the lowest service charges online. The service charges vary per Diamond event but are significantly less than our competitors. You can see the total ticket price for your Diamond order on the checkout.
4) What do I do if the Diamond event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Diamond event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Diamond tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Diamond schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Diamond events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Diamond event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) How do I print my electronic pop & rock tickets to see Diamond? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Diamond tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
