1) I bought Diva tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because ballet tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Diva ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) Help!!! I lost my Diva tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Diva tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Diva tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Diva tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Diva ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) What do I do if the ballet event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Diva event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Diva order receipt. You may need to return the Diva tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Diva tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The ballet ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
4) What do I do if the Diva event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Diva event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Diva tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Diva schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Diva events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Diva event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for Diva tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the ballet ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Diva tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Diva order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Diva tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Diva tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for ballet events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
