1) I bought DJ Rob-Lo tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because r & b & soul tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our DJ Rob-Lo ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 2) How are DJ Rob-Lo ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. DJ Rob-Lo tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the DJ Rob-Lo ticket prices.
3) Help!!! I lost my DJ Rob-Lo tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your DJ Rob-Lo tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the DJ Rob-Lo tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the DJ Rob-Lo tickets safe once you receive them.
