1) What if the Droid event is postponed?If the Droid event is postponed, your Droid tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Droid tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Droid tickets.
2) How do I make sure that the Droid discount code is properly applied to my hard rock & metal order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Droid discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Droid discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Droid tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
3) Do you offer discounted tickets for hard rock & metal events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for hard rock & metal events and every other concert event. You can search by hard rock & metal or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Droid") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
4) What do I do if my order for Droid tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the hard rock & metal ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Droid tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Droid order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Droid tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Droid tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for hard rock & metal events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
5) Help!!! I lost my Droid tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Droid tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Droid tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Droid tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Droid ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
