1) Do you offer discounted tickets for alternative events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for alternative events and every other concert event. You can search by alternative or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Emergenza") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
2) Help!!! I lost my Emergenza tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Emergenza tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Emergenza tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Emergenza tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Emergenza ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) I bought Emergenza tickets but now I don't want to go. 5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Emergenza tickets?You are purchasing these Emergenza tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Emergenza event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Emergenza ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Emergenza and experiencing the full alternative event.
