1) What do I do if my order for Emmure tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the alternative ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Emmure tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Emmure order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Emmure tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Emmure tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for alternative events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Emmure tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Emmure tickets, but accidents can happen. 3) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Emmure tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. If the Emmure seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Emmure ticket notes.
