1) Help!!! I lost my Excitable tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Excitable tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Excitable tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Excitable tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Excitable ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
2) Who determines the face value of my Excitable ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Excitable ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Excitable or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
3) Why do Excitable tickets within the same section have different prices?TicketSupply.com is an open ticket broker marketplace for Excitable. When you purchase tickets to Excitable you are purchasing from accredited ticket broker companies. The reason the tickets for Excitable vary in price in the same section is due to different ticket brokers listing the Excitable tickets. These brokers often list Excitable tickets competitively based on market standards and availability but their perception and expenses of obtaining the Excitable tickets are different per broker.
4) How do I print my electronic hard rock & metal tickets to see Excitable?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Excitable tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
5) What do I do if the Excitable event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Excitable event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Excitable tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Excitable schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Excitable events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Excitable event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
