FAQ

The concert venue will have the most updated Failure event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Failure ticket order? If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Failure tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Failure order form are correct. 3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Failure tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your Failure tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) How can I get aisle seats to see Failure? For any tickets, including those to see Failure, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Failure ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Failure tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Failure specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Failure seats are not located on an aisle.
5) Is there a way for me to verify that my Failure tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Failure, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Failure tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
