FAQ
1) I think I may have received the wrong Fire House tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Fire House tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Fire House tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Fire House receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Fire House tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Fire House tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Fire House tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on hard rock & metal tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) What do I do if my order for Fire House tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the hard rock & metal ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Fire House tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Fire House order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Fire House tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Fire House tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for hard rock & metal events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
3) How do I find the seats for Fire House tickets? On the page containing Fire House ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Fire House seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Fire House ticket notes.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Fire House gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Fire House event details is to contact venue directly. A hard rock & metal representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Fire House event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Fire House gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Fire House event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Fire House tickets? You are purchasing these Fire House tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Fire House event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Fire House ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Fire House and experiencing the full hard rock & metal event.
