1) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Floor"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
2) What if the Floor event is postponed?If the Floor event is postponed, your Floor tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Floor tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Floor tickets.
3) Are the listed prices for Floor tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Floor tickets. The posted price for these Floor tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Floor tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Floor tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Floor ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Floor ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Floor event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Floor receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Floor?Yes, we list additional information about the Floor so you can ensure that this is the hard rock & metal event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Floor ticket purchase.
