1) There isn't time to ship my Foreseen tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Foreseen tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Foreseen ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your hard rock & metal tickets. Note: If you are picking your Foreseen tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
2) I bought Foreseen tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because hard rock & metal tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Foreseen ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) I purchased more than one Foreseen ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Foreseen ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Foreseen event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Foreseen receipt.
4) What if the Foreseen event is postponed?If the Foreseen event is postponed, your Foreseen tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Foreseen tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Foreseen tickets.
5) Are the listed prices for Foreseen tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Foreseen tickets. The posted price for these Foreseen tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Foreseen tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Foreseen tickets.
