1) I think I may have received the wrong Foy Vance tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Foy Vance tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Foy Vance tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Foy Vance receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Foy Vance tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Foy Vance tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Foy Vance tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 2) What do I do if my order for Foy Vance tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Foy Vance tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. 4) What do I do if the Foy Vance start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Foy Vance event.
