FAQ
1) What do I do if the techno & electronic event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Funtcase event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Funtcase order receipt. You may need to return the Funtcase tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Funtcase tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The techno & electronic ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) How do I know if the Funtcase event has been cancelled due to inclement weather? If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Funtcase event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated Funtcase event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
3) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Funtcase"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
4) How do I know I am getting a good price when buying techno & electronic tickets to see Funtcase? Our website specializes in sold-out and unavailable seating for Funtcase events and many others. When you purchase Funtcase tickets from us you can rest assured that our prices are cheaper than our competitors. When you are comparing the prices, consider the Funtcase ticket availability, techno & electronic event popularity, and the expenses that ticket brokers incur when they obtained the Funtcase tickets.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Funtcase tickets? You are purchasing these Funtcase tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Funtcase event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Funtcase ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Funtcase and experiencing the full techno & electronic event.
