1) There isn't time to ship my Ghoul tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Ghoul tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Ghoul ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your pop & rock tickets. Note: If you are picking your Ghoul tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
2) How can I get aisle seats to see Ghoul?For any tickets, including those to see Ghoul, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Ghoul ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Ghoul tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Ghoul specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Ghoul seats are not located on an aisle.

4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Ghoul tickets?You are purchasing these Ghoul tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Ghoul event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Ghoul ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Ghoul and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
5) What do I do if the Ghoul start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date.
