1) I bought Glam tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because ballet tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Glam ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 2) Help!!! I lost my Glam tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Glam tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Glam tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Glam tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Glam ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my Glam tickets?You are purchasing these Glam tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Glam event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Glam ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Glam and experiencing the full ballet event.
4) Why do Glam tickets within the same section have different prices?TicketSupply.com is an open ticket broker marketplace for Glam.
