1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Hemlock tickets?Last minute Hemlock orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Hemlock tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) How are Hemlock ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Hemlock tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Hemlock ticket prices.
3) I bought Hemlock tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because hard rock & metal tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Hemlock ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
4) How do I print my electronic hard rock & metal tickets to see Hemlock?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Hemlock tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
5) Who determines the face value of my Hemlock ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Hemlock ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Hemlock or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
