1) Do you provide any guarantees for my HIR tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your HIR tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the HIR event. If the HIR tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If HIR tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your HIR tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically HIR tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the musical & play tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your HIR tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your HIR tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the musical & play event.
3) What are the service charges for HIR tickets?TicketSupply.com sells cheap HIR tickets featuring the lowest service charges online. The service charges vary per HIR event but are significantly less than our competitors. You can see the total ticket price for your HIR order on the checkout.
4) What if the HIR event is postponed?If the HIR event is postponed, your HIR tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your HIR tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your HIR tickets.
5) I purchased more than one HIR ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the HIR ticket notes, all of the tickets for the HIR event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your HIR receipt.
